ERC-Employee Retention Credit 

Most of you may have heard of the ERC credit through a conversation with a friend or received a email, text or robo-call from a promoter.  The credit allows for a credit to your business of upto $26,000 per employee.  There are however, very specific requirements that allows your business to be eligable.  This is eligable for employers who had employees in 2020 and 2021.   You can also claim the credit even if you appllied and received the PPP Loan.
